As a therapist, I use a more holistic approach to therapy and to meet my clients where they are currently at in life. I collaboratively work with you in order to find balance in your life and in your relationships with others. As humans, we can become codependent with our own behaviors, relationships, and feelings that have had a negative impact on the mind, body, and spirit.
I integrate mindfulness-based cognitive techniques, the expressive arts, motivational interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. This supports self-exploration to work towards positive behavioral changes in creating your 'new normal's'. Change is a necessary force of nature and I aim to assist you in your journey towards self-compassion, inner peace, and balance.
